CHIEF ENGINEER, REDDING CA: Results Radio is looking for a qualified Chief Engineer to look after our five FM station cluster in beautiful Redding, California. Experience necessary in FM transmitters, automation (we use Wide Orbit), IT, general radio station maintenance, installation and routine FCC matters. Redding is known for its proximity to abundant outdoor activities, low cost of living, family-friendly environment and breathtaking views of Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen. This is a full-time position with salary and benefits. Must have valid driver’s license, transportation and be insurable. Broadcast Shopping Show Sales & On Air Host Northern California
This fulltime position is a combination of Radio Sales and Radio Air Talent based in Yuba City-Marysville, CA a community 45 minutes north of Sacramento. You’ll be an Account Manager for Nor Cal Shopping Show and On-Air Host of the Shopping Show for broadcasts Monday-Friday 9am-10am and Saturday 10am-12pm.
Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual selling goals. Develop, maintain and service customer accounts. Do account planning and strategy documents, client presentations, and monthly sales revenue projections.
On the Air, operate the control board and host a live program. Pitch your client’s products and services, create on air phone banter, and energize listener transactions during the program.
Compensation is a combination of commission on net cash revenue realized from the broadcast program, web site sales, with bonuses for achievement of revenue generated during the live broadcast program. This means unlimited earning potential for you. Details will be provided to applicant finalists.
This position reports to the Yuba Sutter Market Manager, and is suited for an individual who posseses an unique combination of on air and sales talent.
