Freedom's Heroes Outdoor Memorial |
|
The Freedom's Heroes Outdoor Memorial is an outdoor monument honoring the 6,405 American heroes who gallantly died serving our country during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom to date through April 30th, 2012. Each of these names will be displayed on 19 panels in this beautiful memorial setting.
The Freedom's Heroes Outdoor Memorial is once again coming to Yuba City for an eight-day showing at the Calvary Christian Center campus.
After the Opening Ceremony on Sunday, May 20th at 7pm, the memorial will be open daily May 21st - 28th, 2012, 7:00am to 9:00pm for the viewing public.
On Monday, May 28th at 3pm, the memorial will be closed with a moving Closing Ceremony, including a Missing Man Formation flyover from Beale Air Force Base.

˜ Due to limited seating capacity, children under 11 will not be admitted. Children's activities provided on campus during all ceremonies for infants to age 11.

Join us as we ceremonially close the Freedom's Heroes Outdoor Memorial and witness the "Missing Man Formation" of four T-38's, saluting with honor the fallen heroes represented on the memorial's walls.
