BANGOR MAN CONVICTED OF VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER CHARGED WITH ANOTHER DUI

The Bangor man convicted last April of vehicular manslaughter in the DUI death of lawn maintenance worker Carlos Gonzales in Oroville, has had his probation and bail revoked after getting caught driving under the influence, again. 56-year-old Rocky Burch hit Gonzales as he was doing yard work. He now faces an additional 3 years in state prison.
